Terms and Conditions of Use

1.1. MOVING PEOPLE guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users and processes such data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and its Privacy Policy.

1.2. Personal data marked as mandatory (*) in the contact form and application form are required for MOVING PEOPLE to, respectively, respond to the contact request submitted or carry out pre-recruitment and recruitment activities. The omission or inaccuracy of the information provided is the sole responsibility of the User and may prevent MOVING PEOPLE from processing the request or assessing the application.

1.3. By submitting a contact form or an application form, the User acknowledges and accepts that MOVING PEOPLE will process the personal data provided in order to respond to the request submitted and/or carry out pre-recruitment and recruitment activities, in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. In the case of the submission of an application form, the User understands and accepts that the recruitment activities carried out by MOVING PEOPLE involve the disclosure of their personal data to potential employers or other entities with whom MOVING PEOPLE collaborates in recruitment processes, whenever such disclosure is necessary to identify employment opportunities compatible with the User’s professional profile.

1.4. Personal data may also be processed for the purpose of sending electronic commercial communications, where the User has provided the relevant consent, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

1.5. The User may exercise their rights relating to personal data protection in accordance with the Privacy Policy by contacting MOVING PEOPLE at marketing@movingpeople.com or at its registered office address. The data subject may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados – CNPD), available at www.cnpd.pt.
